Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 package crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • ketchup

Instructions

  1. Mix together ground beef, chopped onion, crushed crackers, eggs, ketchup, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking pan.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup water into the pan around the meatloaf.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until cooked through and browned.
