Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • prepared graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups assorted fruit, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add eggs and mix until blended.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  5. Cool the cheesecake.
  6. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  7. Top with sliced assorted fruit before serving.
