- In a medium saucepan, combine gelatin with 1/2 cup sugar.

- Whisk in cocoa powder and malted milk powder. Transfer to a medium bowl and refrigerate for about 35 minutes until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon.

- Gradually add remaining 1/4 cup sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the beaten egg whites into the gelatin mixture, then fold in the whipped cream.
