- Season the fish, cover with flour, and fry. Once golden brown, remove from the stove and set aside.
- In that same saucepan, fry the chopped garlic and then the onion. Once golden brown, add the wine, fish stock, chopped parsley, peas, and salt to taste. Cook for 15 minutes; the sauce should thicken.
- Place the fish in the sauce, along with the clams and shrimp, and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
