Ingredients

  • 1 package chopped broccoli
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 can Great Northern beans
  • 1 chicken or beef bouillon cube
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in a little margarine until limp in a large pan.
  2. Add chopped broccoli with a little water and cook until broccoli is done.
  3. Add the bouillon cube to the soup.
  4. Add the beans and 3 to 4 cups of water or broth.
  5. Cook until everything is hot.
  6. Thicken the soup with flour and continue cooking until the desired consistency is reached.
