Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 Ritz cracker roll
  • 1/2 to 1 c. slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix drained beans and corn in a casserole dish.
  2. Combine cream of celery soup, sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and salt, then spread over the vegetables.
  3. Mix melted oleo with crushed Ritz crackers and slivered almonds.
  4. Spread the cracker mixture on top and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
