Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 qt. tomato juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 c. macaroni

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat and liquid from the beef and onion.
  3. Add tomato juice, sugar, salt, prepared mustard, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, and macaroni to the skillet.
  4. Simmer gently and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
