Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 slices white bread, diced
  • 4 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 tsp A.1. steak sauce
  • 4 Tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 5 Tbsp Italian dressing
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until eggs are well incorporated into the mixture.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Form the mixture into a large round ball and place it in a pot or baking dish.
  5. Add a little water to the bottom of the pot, less than 1/4 cup, just enough to coat the bottom.
  6. Cover and place in the oven.
  7. Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Remove from oven and serve.
