Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can biscuits
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, sour cream, chopped onion, chili powder, and garlic until well mixed.
  3. Grease a baking dish and line the bottom with biscuits.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the biscuit layer.
  5. Place remaining biscuits on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top layer of biscuits.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes until golden brown.
