Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 small box macaroni, cooked
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 lb grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Pour the cooked macaroni over the meat mixture in the skillet.
  3. Add ketchup, salt, and black pepper; stir well to combine.
  4. Stir in the can of cream of mushroom soup thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish if necessary, top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 450°F until the cheese melts and is bubbly, about 15-20 minutes.
