Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 can biscuits
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain the excess fat.
  2. Mix the pork and beans, barbecue sauce, and brown sugar into the cooked beef.
  3. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. Cut the biscuits in half and place them on top of the mixture.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
