Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed broccoli cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  3. Add cooked rice, broccoli florets, condensed broccoli cheese soup, milk, salt-free seasoning blend, salt, and pepper; stir until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
  5. Toss bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over the beef mixture.
  6. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until heated through.
