Beef Curry On Rice

- Saute garlic and sliced onions in 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet until tender.
- Remove the onions and garlic from the skillet.
- Combine flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, and pepper, then roll the cubed beef in this mixture.
- Put remaining oil in the skillet.
- Brown the meat in the skillet.
- Place the cooked onions on top of the meat, add the bouillon cube dissolved in 1 cup of boiling water, and sprinkle curry powder.
- Cover and simmer for 1 1/4 hours.
- Add tomato sauce and reheat.
- Serve the beef curry over rice.
