Beef Enchiladas

- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and taco seasoning to the beef, cooking according to package directions.
- Stir in 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese into the meat mixture and set aside.
- Combine the cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, and enchilada sauce in a bowl.
- Spread a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture onto each tortilla and roll up.
- Place the filled tortillas seam side down in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the soup and enchilada sauce mixture over the assembled tortillas.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
