Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground ham
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 4 slices dry bread
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1/2 cup canned tomato soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground ham, hamburger, crumbled dry bread, chopped onion, chopped carrots, canned tomato soup, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well blended.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until cooked through and browned.
