Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. ground beef or turkey, cooked
  • 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of onion soup
  • 6 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Instructions

  1. Throw all ingredients into a microwave-safe bowl with lid, except parsley.
  2. Microwave on High for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle parsley over the top before serving.
