Instructions
- Brown meat in oil; add celery, onion, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in soup, wine, olives, salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve over cooked noodles.
- Serves 4 to 5.
