- Cook ground beef, chopped onions, and chopped green chilies until meat is browned and onions are translucent.
- Drain off excess fat from the meat mixture.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and diced Ro-Tel tomatoes to the meat mixture. Stir to combine.
- Flatten the biscuit dough and place each biscuit in a sprayed cupcake pan.
- Spoon the meat mixture into each biscuit cup.
- Optional: top with cheese before baking.
- Bake at 375°F until biscuits are golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
