Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef; drain.
  2. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. In a casserole dish, arrange celery, green pepper, onion, and sliced potatoes.
  5. Cover with the meat mixture.
  6. Cover the casserole and bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
