Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups dry noodles
  • 5 ounces dried beef
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Drain the cooked noodles.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained noodles, dried beef, cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, Worcestershire, and chopped onion.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
