Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 cups Minute rice
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans beef broth

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add rice and stir until lightly browned.
  3. Add minced onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Stir until it comes to a boil.
  4. Cover and cook until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
