Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground chuck
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup green pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped celery, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano to the beef. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef mixture.
  4. Cook noodles separately according to package instructions.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the beef mixture.
  6. Stir in one can of cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
  7. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and serve hot.
