Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large onion
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • garlic salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 5 Tbsp. picante sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • corn chips

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, brown ground chuck with chopped onion, seasoned salt, garlic salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour off the grease from the pan.
  3. Add cream cheese, tomato sauce, ketchup, picante sauce, and oregano to the pan, mixing well.
  4. Heat slowly, stirring until the mixture is well blended and heated through.
  5. Serve in a chafing dish with corn chips.
