Beef Tips Stir-Fry
Succulent beef tips simmered in savory soy and butter, layered over toasted rice for a hearty stir‑fry that satisfies both casual families and dinner party guests.

- Cut beef into thin 2–3 inch strips.
- Toss beef with 1/4 to 1/2 cup soy sauce and 3 Tbsp meat tenderizer, cover with foil and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to use.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and fry the marinated beef strips until cooked through.
- Dice green pepper and onion into rings.
- Sauté onion and green pepper in 2 Tbsp butter with 1/4 cup soy sauce until tender.
- Add cooked rice to the pan, stir in 2 Tbsp butter and 1/4 cup soy sauce, and coat the rice well.
- Place a layer of rice on a serving platter, top with sautéed onion and cooked beef, and serve hot.
