- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line two pie plates with pie crusts.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add diced onion, tomato sauce, oregano, parsley, and garlic powder to the meat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Spread the cooked meat mixture evenly over the bottom of each pie crust.
- Slice large tomato and place slices over the meat layer.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the tomato slices, covering the filling completely.
- Drain and evenly distribute the small can of corn over the mashed potatoes.
- Cover the pies with the second pie crust or leave open as desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
