Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen berries
  • berry liquid

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  2. Add Cool Whip to the cream cheese mixture and spread on the crust.
  3. Drain the frozen berries and save the berry liquid.
  4. Mix the berry liquid and water to make 3 cups, then combine with Danish dessert topping.
  5. Add the berries to the topping mixture.
  6. Allow the topping to cool well.
  7. Pour the cooled topping over the cheese layer.
  8. Add another layer of Cool Whip on top.
  9. Refrigerate until chilled and set.
