Ingredients

  • 3 boxes chopped spinach
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese
  • garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the chopped spinach as directed, then salt to taste. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté chopped onions and garlic in butter until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add cooked spinach and cream cheese to the sautéed mixture, stirring until combined.
  4. Mix in the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to taste.
  5. Open the frozen garlic bread and spread the spinach mixture evenly over the bread.
  6. Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake as directed until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
