Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 pkg. (16 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix Bisquick, granulated sugar, and butter until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before adding toppings or serving.
