Black And White Macadamia Pie
A decadent layered pie combining a buttery macadamia nut crust with a creamy, coconut-flavored filling topped with whipped cream and chopped macadamia nuts, perfect for special occasions.

- Mix together the flour, butter, and 1/2 cup chopped Macadamia nuts with a wire whisk until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the crust to cool completely before adding the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue beating until well combined.
- Fold in the Cool Whip and whole milk until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
- Chop the remaining Macadamia nuts and sprinkle over the top of the pie.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
