Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 3 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup chopped Macadamia nuts
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, butter, and 1/2 cup chopped Macadamia nuts with a wire whisk until crumbly.
  2. Press the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Allow the crust to cool completely before adding the filling.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue beating until well combined.
  7. Fold in the Cool Whip and whole milk until smooth.
  8. Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
  9. Chop the remaining Macadamia nuts and sprinkle over the top of the pie.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
