- Fry chopped onion, green pepper, and garlic until soft.
- Mix in black beans (undrained), shredded chicken, 1 cup of salsa, cumin, and salt.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread filling across the middle of each flour tortilla and sprinkle with about 2 tablespoons of shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas and place them in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Spread remaining salsa over the top and add the remaining cheese.
- Bake until the cheese melts and the burritos are heated through.
- Serve with sour cream.
