Tips & Substitutions

For a creamier texture, consider adding a tablespoon of heavy cream when blending. If you can't find chicken livers, turkey livers can be a suitable substitute. Serve this alongside toasted baguette slices for a delightful appetizer.

Serving Suggestions

This chicken pâté pairs beautifully with a crisp salad or sliced cucumbers for a refreshing contrast. Serve it as an elegant appetizer at gatherings, or enjoy it as part of a charcuterie board with assorted cheeses and pickles.
