Ingredients

  • 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. softened butter
  • 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c. honey roasted peanuts
  • 3/4 c. coarsely chopped frozen miniature peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Beat peanut butter and softened butter until fluffy.
  4. Add light brown sugar and granulated sugar; beat until light and smooth.
  5. Add egg and beat for 3 minutes.
  6. Mix in vanilla extract until well combined.
  7. Stir in the flour mixture and beat thoroughly.
  8. Sprinkle milk over the mixture and beat to soften the dough.
  9. Fold in chocolate chips and peanuts, then carefully add the chopped peanut butter cups.
  10. Drop by 2-tablespoon-sized clumps onto an ungreased baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
  11. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until just browned.
