Ingredients
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour ⓘ

- 1/4 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/3 c. chunky peanut butter ⓘ
- 1/2 c. softened butter ⓘ
- 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar ⓘ
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar ⓘ
- 1 large egg ⓘ
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract ⓘ
- 1/4 c. milk ⓘ
- 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. honey roasted peanuts ⓘ
- 3/4 c. coarsely chopped frozen miniature peanut butter cups ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Beat peanut butter and softened butter until fluffy.
- Add light brown sugar and granulated sugar; beat until light and smooth.
- Add egg and beat for 3 minutes.
- Mix in vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the flour mixture and beat thoroughly.
- Sprinkle milk over the mixture and beat to soften the dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips and peanuts, then carefully add the chopped peanut butter cups.
- Drop by 2-tablespoon-sized clumps onto an ungreased baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until just browned.
