- Combine 1 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the blueberries.

- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Combine sour cream and egg yolks until well blended.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the blueberries.
- Set oven to 350°F and bake for an additional 35 to 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
