Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. distilled vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • dash of red pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, prepared mustard, red pepper dash, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
  3. Bring the mixture to a slow boil and then simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Use it on grilled chicken or pork for added flavor.
