Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 cups blueberries

Instructions

  3. Fill muffin tins about two-thirds full with batter.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
