- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add blueberries, milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until the dry ingredients are just moistened; do not overbeat.
- Spoon batter into paper-lined microwave-safe baking or cupcake pan, filling no more than 2/3 full.
- Microwave on Medium-high power for 3 minutes. Let rest for 3 minutes.
- Microwave on High power for 2 to 3 minutes or until muffins are done.
- Let the muffins rest in the pan for a couple of minutes before serving.
