- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- Separate the crescent roll dough into four rectangles.
- Press perforations together on each rectangle to seal.
- Brush each rectangle with melted margarine.
- Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on three of the rectangles.
- Top the cinnamon-sprinkled rectangles with chopped blueberries.
- Stack the three blueberry-topped rectangles on top of each other, then place the plain rectangle on top.
- Cut the stacked rectangle crosswise in half.
- Cut each half diagonally into two triangles.
- Sprinkle the triangles with sugar.
- Place the pastries on a cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
