Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 tbsp melted margarine
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Separate the crescent roll dough into four rectangles.
  3. Press perforations together on each rectangle to seal.
  4. Brush each rectangle with melted margarine.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on three of the rectangles.
  6. Top the cinnamon-sprinkled rectangles with chopped blueberries.
  7. Stack the three blueberry-topped rectangles on top of each other, then place the plain rectangle on top.
  8. Cut the stacked rectangle crosswise in half.
  9. Cut each half diagonally into two triangles.
  10. Sprinkle the triangles with sugar.
  11. Place the pastries on a cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart.
  12. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  13. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
