Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cups cold water
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 3½ oz. package instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 4 cups pound cake, cubed
  • 12 fresh peaches, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and grated lemon rind; mix well.
  2. Add instant vanilla pudding and beat until well blended.
  3. Chill the mixture for 5 minutes.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth.
  5. Spoon 2 cups of pudding mixture into a serving bowl or dish.
  6. Add cubed pound cake over the pudding layer.
  7. Top with sliced peaches.
  8. Cover with remaining pudding mixture on top.
  9. Arrange blueberries around the edges of the dish.
