- Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked 8-inch pie shell.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, adding some sugar if desired for sweetness.
- Spread or pipe the beaten egg whites over the chocolate filling.
- Chill the pie until set, then garnish with whipped cream before serving.
