Ingredients

  • 10 lb. crayfish
  • 5 onions
  • 5 lemons
  • 2 heads garlic
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 1/4 lb. salt
  • red pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Select an adequate size cooking bag and put all ingredients in except salt and pepper.
  2. Place the bag in a small amount of water in a large pot and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Increase water to accommodate 10 pounds of crayfish.
  4. Bring water to a boil, add crayfish, and maintain boiling point of water.
  5. Cook the crayfish in about 7 minutes until done.
