- Place the bag in a small amount of water in a large pot and cook for 30 minutes.
- Increase water to accommodate 10 pounds of crayfish.
- Bring water to a boil, add crayfish, and maintain boiling point of water.
- Cook the crayfish in about 7 minutes until done.
