Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked crabmeat
  • 1 lb. boiled, peeled shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 c. minced parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 saltine crackers, pounded
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 qt. cream

Instructions

  1. Saute crabmeat and shrimp in a small amount of butter for 5 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with boiled rice.
