Ingredients

  • 2 lb. baby bonanza ham
  • 7 potatoes
  • 2 cans French-style green beans
  • 2 cans water
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel, wedge, and quarter the potatoes.
  2. Place the potatoes in a large pot.
  3. Slice the ham into thin slices.
  4. Layer the ham slices in the pot with green beans and pepper, repeating until all ingredients are used.
  5. Top with pepper and add water to cover the ingredients.
  6. Bring to a boil over medium heat, covered.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
