A hearty, cheesy casserole with vegetables and ground beef, topped with biscuits for a comforting, easy-to-make dinner suitable for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Veg-All, drained
  • 1 can corn soup
  • 1/2 can tomato soup or 1/2 can mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
  • 1 can biscuits

Instructions

  1. Brown ground chuck and half an onion, then drain.
  2. Mix drained Veg-All, corn soup, mushroom or tomato soup, cooked beef, and onion together.
  3. Pour the mixture into a round cake pan.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Cut biscuits into quarters and place them on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake in a 300°F oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
