Instructions
- Sprinkle onion powder over the roast.
- Heat oil in a deep pan with a lid.
- Brown the roast in the oil.
- Add onion soup to the pan.
- Place the pan in a preheated 325°F oven with the lid on.
- After 40 minutes, add the frozen baby carrots and zucchini to the pan.
- Replace the lid and return to the oven for 30 minutes.
- Allow an extra 10 minutes for the vegetables to cook through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
