Ingredients

  • 3 strips bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 large can pork and beans
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup

Instructions

  1. Dice the bacon and fry in a skillet until about half done.
  2. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until slightly brown.
  3. Pour off all the fat from the skillet.
  4. Add the can of pork and beans, brown sugar, vinegar, and catsup to the skillet.
  5. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  6. Cover the skillet and let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
