Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can navy beans
  • 15 oz. can red beans
  • 15 oz. can black beans
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 strips fried bacon
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the navy, red, and black beans.
  2. Add the beans to a mixing bowl along with chopped celery and green onion.
  3. In a shaker or blender, blend together vinegar, molasses, vegetable oil, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the beans and vegetables, tossing gently to coat.
  5. Crumble the fried bacon over the top of the salad.
  6. Chill the salad overnight before serving.
