- Cook the bow tie noodles and drain.
- Divide the cooked noodles evenly into two 9 x 13-inch pans.
- Brown the ground chuck and drain excess fat.
- Cut the pepperoni into half-moon shapes and add to the spaghetti sauce. Simmer the sauce.
- Grate the Provolone cheese and add it to the sauce.
- Stir the browned ground chuck into the sauce.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles in each pan.
- Top each casserole with slices of Mozzarella cheese (8 slices per pan).
- Bake at 350°F until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
