Ingredients

  • deer meat
  • salt
  • seasoning salt
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • pepper
  • bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cut meat into strips approximately 1/2-inch wide by 4-inches long.
  2. Roll in eggs.
  3. Mix dry ingredients together.
  4. Roll in dry ingredients.
  5. Fry in skillet with butter until browned.
