- 14 ounces water
- 2 tablespoons honey ⓘ
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon olive oil ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds ⓘ
- 1 egg, slightly beaten ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons dry milk ⓘ
- 1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds ⓘ
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped ⓘ
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped ⓘ
- 1/3 cup almonds, chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 cup oats ⓘ
- 1 1/3 cups mixed dried fruit ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour ⓘ
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten ⓘ
Instructions
- Coarsely grind nuts in blender. Put all ingredients in order listed into the breadmaker. Set the breadmaker to "whole wheat" cycle.
