Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 banana
  • 4 pkg. hot cocoa mix (Alba)
  • 2 pkg. Equal
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 drops chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Blend the eggs into a smooth batter.
  2. Add the sliced bread, mashed banana, hot cocoa mix, Equal, cream of tartar, baking powder, chocolate drops, and peanut butter; mix until fully combined.
  3. Grease an 8 x 8‑inch pan with fat‑free oil and pour in the batter.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes, or until set.
  5. Let cool, cut into 4 squares, and serve.
